Monica has a masters degree in psychology with an emphasis in Holistic Studies from John F. Kennedy University in San Jose, CA.  Monica is currently working on her PhD dissertation in trauma research at California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, CA. Her life’s work personally and professionally is the transformation of complex trauma through spiritual embodied practices, psycho-somatic-spiritual triangulation. She has recovered from childhood physical and emotional abuse, and has been a strong advocate for others in their recovery process to reclaim the different aspects and parts of themselves with compassion and sovereignty. Instead of managing the symptoms, she teaches that there’s another way to dive into the core of who you are, tap into you inner resources, and transform to live the life you were here to share with others & live the fullest expression of yourself! She is pushing new frontiers in trauma and grief recovery!
